Call In or Mail Order Your Prescriptions Order

If you'd prefer to "mail order" your prescription by phone, email, or fax, no problem. Here's how.

Call in Your Prescription Order

Call 1-844-681-8783 (TRUE). During the call, here's what you'll need:

  1. Prescription from your doctor (your doctor can call in on your behalf).
  2. A list of any other medications you're taking and any allergies.
  3. A valid credit card.

Email Your Prescription

To safely email your prescription to our reputable Canadian online pharmacy:

  1. Fill out fully, this easy online/mobile form. Upload your prescription within the form. Hit submit and you're all done! We will receive all your information and contact you within 2 hours.
  2. You can also scan or take a digital photo of the your prescription then email it to: cs@truenorthmeds.com (your doctor can email your prescription on your behalf), after you complete this easy online/mobile form.
  3. That's it! We will confirm your prescription with your doctor and get your Canadian medications processed and mailed to you wherever you are.

Fax Your Prescription

To fax your prescription to True North Meds:

  1. Print this Order Form and complete it fully.
